How can I clean hakama and keiko-gi?

 

When washing a hakama that has been dyed with indigo, turn it inside out first and wash by hand. Hang it out to dry in the shade.

 

Refrain from using washing machines, dryers and detergents. Do not wash with other garments ;-)

 

Your keiko-gi should be washed by hand, too, as it could shrink.
