Jo Aka Kashi 30 mm

The Jo Aka Kashi has a length of 4.21 shaku and a diameter of 30 mm. It´s made of finest Japanese Red Oak. Aka Kashi is habitated in the southern Kyushu Islands. Handselected woods are used for these Jo. The fibers of the wood runs parallel to the Jo´s length to avoid breaking. Japanese Red Oak is almost as hard as Japanese White Oak, but much lighter.
